Wladimir Klitschko Backs Anthony Joshua To Be The World's Heavyweight Champion

Wladimir Klitschko has backed the British star and fellow Olympic gold medalist Anthony Joshua to follow along with in his footsteps and guideline the heavyweight division.

Klitschko is now preparing for the rescheduled defense of his world titles against Kubrat Pulev in Hamburg upon Saturday week.

And he was joined by simply Joshua for his initial training camp this summer.

'He did very, very good, ' Klitschko told the espn. com. 'If he is going to keep doing what he's doing he are going to be champion for guaranteed.

'I think he has arresting potential. He needs to learn but which will come. I think he has got the size and the weight.

'He is extremely humble. He learns. He asks lots of questions and he is very open-minded and really wants to learn. I enjoyed having him within camp. '

Joshua has won his first nine fights like a professional and returns to action against Michael Sprott within the undercard of Nathan Cleverly's rematch along with Tony Bellew on November 22.
