Floyd Mayweather has confirmed he'll take on Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas in early May.

An agreement has been recently reached for Pretty Boy Mayweather to take on Pacquiao at the particular MGM Grand in Vegas on May 2.

The pair are usually set to earn in the region of $250m (£160m) between them for that fight.

The bout will be the most highly expected boxing match since Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis encountered off in Memphis in 2002.

Ringside tickets are expected to be on sale for a staggering $5, 000 apiece, while the price of watching the fight on PPV in the USA could reach $100.

Sky Sports, BT Sport and BoxNation are hoped for to undergo a bidding war for that right to broadcast the clash in the united kingdom.

Khan had been harbouring ambitions of facing Mayweather, but this Bolton-born boxer will have to put those plans upon hold.

Khan may currently look towards fellow Brit Kell Brook for the possible Wembley date later this year.
